ICF (2015): Literature Review on the Impact of Digital Technology on Learning and Teaching

Summary

This study aims to develop a strategy for digital learning and teaching by providing evidence that digital learning and teaching can benefit learners, teachers, and schools. It also aims to identify the conditions for successful implementation in primary and secondary education. In particular, it focuses on how digital technologies can support and contribute to five specific educational priorities: (1) Improving educational attainment, (2) addressing inequalities and promoting inclusion, (3) improving transition to employment, (4) strengthening parental engagement, and (5) improving the efficiency of the education system.
