CIPD (2021): Digital learning in a post-COVID-19 economy
This paper proposes to provide hands-on learning experiences through online courses so that learners have the opportunity to apply newly acquired skills, and support professionals in developing competencies that enable them to create and manage digital content. The aim is to ensure that sufficient resources are made available to support professional development for teachers related to the delivery of high-quality digital learning, particularly in the context of future demands for blended learning programs. It is suggested to create success criteria for digital learning, to regularly assess the effectiveness and to adjust the usage accordingly.
